We support individuals & people in relationships to unlock opportunities for self-discovery & growth during difficult parts of their journey.
Private. Confidential. In-person & Online.
Pretending that you have everything figured out can become one of the greatest obstacles to growth and well-being.
We live in a culture that expects perfection. We are told to move through pain quickly, to avoid mistakes, and to recover from disappointment or difficult relationships with ease. But the truth is that most of us are finding our way without a clear map, doing the best we can with what we have.
You are not the bad things that happened to you or around you – even if you feel that way at times.
There is nothing wrong with you if you are facing challenges and have not yet found a way through them.
A thoughtful, confidential, and empathetic therapeutic relationship can support you in making sense of your experiences and navigating the emotional, psychological, and relational dimensions of difficult moments in your life.
Here’s what the process looks like…
-
Once you request a consultation, we will arrange a 15-minute call with our Client Liaison. This session is offered at no cost.
During the call, we will briefly identify what you’re experiencing, answer your questions, and share how we may be able to support you. This is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how we work.
If it feels like a good fit, you can schedule an appointment with one of our therapists. If we believe another service would better support you, we will guide you towards someone who can help. Accessing the right support matters more than booking with us.
-
If you choose to move forward, we will provide a secure link for you to review our forms, complete consent documents, and share relevant background information.
This helps us prepare thoughtfully so we can make the most of your first session.
We offer both online and in-person sessions. Standard sessions are 60 minutes, with the option to book longer sessions if needed.
-
We work strictly by appointment to protect your privacy and ensure a calm, unhurried experience. There are no walk-ins.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed into a private and comfortable space. We will begin by introducing ourselves, reviewing confidentiality, and briefly outlining our policies. We will also take time to answer any questions you may have.
-
In this first session, we focus on understanding your experience—how you see your challenges, how they are impacting your life, and what meaningful change might look like for you.
It is completely okay if you are not yet clear on these answers. We will work with you to explore and make sense of them together.
-
We will discuss options and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
If we move forward, we will agree on an initial plan, including the frequency and number of sessions. This plan remains flexible. We will check in regularly to ensure the work is aligned with your needs and goals.
Over time, you may begin to notice shifts, greater clarity, relief, and the impact of small, meaningful changes.
-
Therapy is not meant to last forever. When you have met your goals and feel equipped with tools to support your wellbeing, we will begin to close the work.
We will also talk about how to maintain progress and what it might look like to return in the future, if needed.
Endings are handled with care. Whether you return or not, the goal is for you to leave with a stronger sense of yourself and how to move forward.
