Kwasi Cudjoe

Men’s Wellbeing Coach

Kwasi Cudjoe is a Development Consultant and Men’s Wellbeing Coach with over 12 years of experience supporting behaviour change, emotional development, and violence prevention across the Caribbean.

He works with men to build healthier patterns and a stronger sense of self. His approach is trauma-informed and grounded in real-world experience across justice, education, and community settings.

Alongside his coaching practice, Kwasi brings extensive experience as a development professional. He has designed and implemented multi-sectoral programmes across citizen security, youth, and community development. He has worked closely with government and civil society partners to align interventions with national priorities and donor frameworks, and has led results-based management processes for bilateral and multilateral initiatives.

This depth of experience strengthens his ability to support both individuals and organisations in achieving more intentional and impactful outcomes.

Main Areas of Focus

  • Behaviour change and violence prevention — working with individuals and communities to shift harmful patterns and reduce risk

  • Youth and community development — supporting growth, direction, and engagement among young people

  • Personal development and identity — working with individuals navigating purpose, direction, and self-understanding

What can clients expect in sessions with you?

I create a space that is focused, respectful, and grounded in real conversation. My work is practical and centred on helping you understand your patterns, make sense of your experiences, and take clear steps forward.

Sessions are paced in a way that allows for honesty without pressure. I balance reflection with action so that insight can translate into meaningful change over time.

I work primarily with men, particularly those navigating questions of identity, behaviour, relationships, and personal direction.
