Main Areas of Focus
Main clinical areas: Sexual dysfunction (including pelvic pain, desire discrepancies, arousal and orgasm difficulties), problematic sexual behaviours, sexual trauma and its impacts, intimacy and relationship concerns, and sexual health education across the lifespan.
Main types of services: Individuals and Couples.
My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and rooted in decolonial practice, while also attending to the imaginal, symbolic, and depth psychological dimensions of human experience. I am interested not only in symptoms and behaviours but in the images, dreams, myths, and archetypal patterns that shape a person's inner world. Clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where we move at their pace - there is no pressure to share more than feels safe. I am trained in the Wheel of Consent® (Dr. Betty Martin), which is central to how I approach safety, pacing, and embodied agreement. This framework helps clients distinguish between giving and receiving, and clarifies what they truly want versus what they feel obligated to do. I also draw on somatic sex education, sex therapy, sex coaching, embodied trauma therapy and depth psychological perspectives. Safety is established through explicit consent, ongoing check-ins, nervous system awareness, and a commitment to honouring each client's boundaries moment by moment.
What can clients expect in sessions with you?
I work with individuals (adults of all sexes and genders) and couples. My clients include survivors of sexual violence, people navigating pelvic pain or sexual dysfunction, those concerned about problematic sexual behaviors, and individuals in recovery from substance use who are also addressing sexual health. I also see professionals, students, and adults in midlife and beyond.
Who Do I Work With?
What Is It Like to Work With Me?
Clients often describe working with me as grounding, affirming, and gently challenging. I bring warmth, directness, and a sense of humour when appropriate. I see us as collaborators: you are the expert on your own life, and I offer specialised knowledge, tools, and a safe container. There is no shame here, only curiosity and respect.

More about me
I am grounded by the natural environment: I love the ocean, the hills, and sights and sounds of nature. I also draw renewal from the expressive arts, particularly theatre and contemplative practices, which have been lifelong creative and spiritual anchors. Time with community, family, and my own somatic practices keeps me present and whole.
