With a background in sociology, international relations, and business, Marlon brings a broad, systems-informed perspective to his work. He is particularly focused on creating spaces where men and boys can engage honestly with their experiences, develop emotional awareness, and build healthier patterns of relating.
His approach is practical, steady, and grounded in real-world application, supporting clients to make meaningful shifts in how they understand themselves and interact with others.

My work is grounded in creating a space that is direct, respectful, and focused on practical change. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the patterns shaping their experiences and to identify clear, workable steps forward.
Sessions are structured but flexible, allowing clients to engage at a pace that feels manageable while still moving toward meaningful outcomes. My approach draws on real-life application, helping clients connect insight with action.
I primarily work with men and boys, particularly those navigating issues related to identity, behaviour, relationships, and the impact of violence.
