  • No. This is a structured coaching programme focused on development, capacity-building, and practical application. It is designed to assist you to better recognize patterns in your thinking and behavior and develop practical ways to respond to pressure, relationships and everyday challenges. It is trauma-responsive but not a substitute for therapy.

  • No one is forced to disclose beyond what feels appropriate. The group is structured, facilitated, and guided to ensure safety, respect, and meaningful participation. Many men start by listening and reflecting and contribute more as they become comfortable.

  • That is completely fine. You don't need to know what to say or have anything figured out beforehand, as the program is designed to meet you where you are.

  • Yes. The program is grounded in Caribbean and diaspora contexts, including professional, cultural, social and familial pressures men navigate. It creates space to explore these realities without reducing men to their struggles or trauma, while still addressing how they influence behaviour and relationships.

  • Yes. Many of the skills developed—emotional regulation, communication, decision-making—translate directly into stronger leadership and team functioning. Men often find they become clearer in how they think, measured in how they respond under pressure and more effective in how they communicate with others.

    1. You want to better understand your patterns, manage your emotions and strengthen sense of self that isn't based on shutting down or pushing through.

    2. You want to communicate more clearly, manage conflict better and learn alongside other men with similar experiences.

    3. You want to show up more effectively professionally, with stronger leadership, clearer vision and the ability to handle pressure without reactivity.

    4. You don't have everything figured out and you're just willing to engage.
